A LIFE OF KEN | 05.07.2022

Hey Guys, So we continue the story of Ken. Now it's almost 1 week over, he joined that company. Now he gets into the XXX project. In his company, they followed the scrum method. That means meeting in both morning and evening. They assigned the work ( XXX Landing Page Design ). But he takes 1 week for that because of some issue he faced with the team lead. But at last, he got some ideas to solve that. 

            Now he completed that landing page design & move into the inner page design. But today what happens.    One work name is called XXX image background change and resized work. So what happens the image of XXX is not good. While resizing that he knows the image is not good, Even also he completed that work and emailed it. After 20 minutes of that Team Head called me and scolding with me because of that work and image.    

             So ken get upset because he never faced this kind of problem In his life. After that, he again resized that image and updated it and inform them, that the image is not good and I am not able to do more editing on that.    Yep at last he has done that work and is back in his room.

 Hey, Guys today what happens to kens life?? Let's see...

                 He got a job as a designer. In his office, they follow the scrum method, which means morning we have a meeting, there all departments are attending the meeting. In that morning scrum, the Team head schedules the work for all the workers.

                 Ken is a newly joined employer, So one of the designers help him, To explain all the works and project. Today that designer helps ken to redesign the home page of one website. Ken started to redesign that work. Afternoon only he started to redesign that.

                In between, he has another work assigned by another team, But he is not able to design that because of this redesign. At the end of the day, again scrum meeting is an evening meeting, On that time Team head asks whether each one of us completed that work or not. If completed they make it as completed. If not completed they mark as in progress.

              The next day we continue that work again. So after he reaches his room, he takes a rest for 30 minutes and plays video games for 30 minutes. After that, it's time to practice some design so he spends some time on that.

               At last, the time is around 9pm. He had his lunch and make a bed...

A LIFE OF THE Ken

            Once upon a time a teenage boy name called Ken. He recently completed his degree and is now looking for a job, But he doesn't know how to plan and he always wastes his time by watching TV & scrolling on social media.

           One day he realizes that he has wasted his time. He decided to do something good in his life, so he search how to plan a day on YouTube. He gets some results based on his search ( Task Keeping )

            Task Keeping is nothing but we write down all the things which we want to do on that particular day. He get this idea from YouTube and he started to apply this in his life.

           After weeks gone, he successfully lands a new job and he keeps doing more things like this in his life to improve his life.

Conversation design is the practice of making AI assistants more helpful and natural when they talk to humans. It combines an understanding of technology, psychology, and language to create human-centric experiences for chatbots and voice assistants.

3. How to create

1. Begin by Understanding Requirements and Options.
2. Create User Persona and Bot Persona.
3. Identify Your Bot's Use Case.
4. Simulate a Sample Dialogue.
5. Apply an Expert Rewrite.
6. Test with Real Users.
7. Look at All Possible Scenarios.
